In the decade leading to 2030, the greatest transformations in our lifetimes will begin in earnest, in response to existential challenges around climate change, biodiversity loss and social justice to name but a few. These are complex and systemic in nature. We believe that creating shared meaning about systemic patterns is vital to enable all parts of an ecosystem to engage within their sphere of influence.

That’s why we do our work: to unlock the kinds of conversations that are necessary for long-term, systemic change to occur. And that’s what brings our people to work. Our rapidly growing team is based in Oxford, where we try our hand at punting, get competitive at boardgames and enjoy a healthy dose of biscuits in the office with good cups of coffee.
